This report was designed to highlight the first hand experiences of patients and how this might be improved with recommendations for HCPs and Primary Healthcare Institutions. A careful use of imagery and data were presented in a balanced way to ensure the emphasis of the patient voice was primary.

The shared decision aid was designed to help both HCPs and patients have a clear and detailed understanding of the patients symptoms, treatment and pathways available.
